Terms & Conditions (Men’s Mini Marathon)

  • All participants/volunteers who partake in an ARC Mini Marathon do so at their own risk.
  • ARC Trust also reserves the right to make changes to any of the ARC Challenges, such as the Men’s Mini Marathon, in the interest of the success of the Challenge without notice.
  • Once you register for the ARC Men’s Mini Marathon, your registration fee is non-refundable.
  • If you are raising further funds for ARC, we can supply sealed buckets which must be returned intact for counting to ARC House.
  • We can also send you ARC sponsorship cards to use. Please return all cards, whether used or unused, when finished.
  • Cheques should be made payable to ARC Trust. You can also pay by cash, Laser, or Credit Card.
  • All monies raised in the name of ARC (whether you were able/unable to complete the event, must be sent into ARC House, 65 Eccles St., Dublin 7. Tel. (01) 8307 333
  • If you have a medical condition and/or are over 60, we advise you to get written permission from your doctor to take part in the Mini Marathon. When you sign the Registration Form you confirm that your general state of health and fitness is good and that you take full responsibility for yourself in this regard and do so at your own risk.
  • All instructions relevant to the Mini Marathon must be observed, as they are there for your own safety.
  • ARC Trust will accept NO liability for any injury resulting from any ARC event.
  • ARC Trust will accept NO liability in the event of insolvency of any of our suppliers.
  • ARC Trust reserves the right to decline any Registration Form without giving reason.
  • ARC Trust may also, at its sole discretion and without giving reason, suspend any participant from any challenge and take any action necessary to enforce this suspension.
