ARC  (Aftercare, Research & Counselling) is a registered community-based cancer support centre caring for men and women living with cancer, as well as their families and friends.

All of the services are free of charge but funds are always needed to keep the door of ARC open – and this is where you can help.

Every year, ARC runs several Sponsored Challenges from cycles to runs to walks, both here and abroad. Peruse our 2011 activities and then take the first step towards the Challenge of your choice by downloading and returning the Registration Form .
